OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: HKRS FISHING X CHEMONG LODGE X TUK GIVEAWAY

 

1. SPONSOR: The Contest is sponsored by HKRS Fishing (the "Sponsor").

​

2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter, you must be a legal resident of Ontario, Canada, and be nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, Chemong Lodge, TUK, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) of such individuals are not eligible to enter.

3. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on March 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET and ends on March 29, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET (the "Contest Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER:

  • Purchase Entry: Receive one (1) ballot for every HKRS Fishing item purchased at the HKRS booth at CANCAST on March 29, 2026. To validate entry, the entrant must also follow @hkrs_fishing, @theultimatekegger, and @chemonglodge on Instagram.

  • No Purchase Necessary (NPN) Entry: Follow @hkrs_fishing, @theultimatekegger, and @chemonglodge on Instagram and post a photo or video from the HKRS Fishing booth at CANCAST to your public Instagram feed. Limit of one (1) NPN entry per person.

 

5. PRIZE: There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of: One (1) HKRS hat of the winner's choice (subject to availability). One (1) ‘Brunch for Two’ voucher for Chemong Lodge.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $134.97 CAD. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. The prize does not include gratuity or transportation.

6. WINNER SELECTION: A random draw will be conducted on March 30, 2026, in Peterborough, ON, from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: A random draw will be conducted on March 30, 2026. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

  • Be verified as a current follower of @hkrs_fishing, @theultimatekegger, and @chemonglodge on Instagram.

  • Correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

  • Sign a Declaration and Release Form (if requested).

Failure to be following all three accounts at the time of the draw will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to release the Sponsor and Instagram from any and all liability. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Void where prohibited. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
